Catchment Area's
At this time, we can only accept online bookings from within the following postal codes:
OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4. If your postcode is not listed, please send us a message and one of our team will be in touch to discuss, as a visit may be possible for an additional charge. Bookings made online for postcodes not listed, without prior contact with our team will unfortunately be cancelled.

Appointment Times
Our appointment times run in 1 hour blocks and actual treatment duration will vary, subject to individual patient requirements. While we don't anticipate delays in our service, you will be notified of any unexpected delays should these occur with as much notice as possible.

Same Day Appointments
We are usually in a position to offer same day appointments, but are subject to availability. Please call us directly and one of our team will be happy to discuss availability.

Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change, but we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule your booking. We reserve the right to the following fee's for last minute cancellations or changes:

More than 48 hours notice - Full refund will be offered

Between 24 & 48 hours notice - 50% refund will be offered

Less than 24 hours notice - Non-refundable

Not at home when we arrive?
In the unlikely event we arrive at the scheduled appointment time and find nobody home, we will make every effort to contact you on the contact details you provided at the point of booking. If no contact is made, this will be treated as a no-notice cancellation and no refund will be issued.
